We are looking for an experienced and capable Production Manager for a vacancy in Cape Town. Must be fully competent with WCM and Lean Manufacturing.

The Production Manager will be responsible to achieve Production Performance Objectives in all areas of manufacturing while ensuring compliance with legal framework and site policies.

A Successful Candidate will satisfy the following requirements:
Engineering DEGREE qualified (Mech or Elec or Industrial or Chem) - NOT a ND.
Excellent knowledge and experience in WCM and TQM and TPM.
SAP.
Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Six Sigma.
Min 5 Years' experience in the Manufacturing or Production environment as a Manager.
Must have coaching skills with great interpersonal skills.
Must be a strong leader with union involvement experience and knowledge of labour law.
Must have a drivers licence and own reliable transport.
RSA Citizen.
No Criminal Record.
