ROLE PURPOSE:

Manages a production team in a smaller market, part of a large market or specific regional function providing day to day guidance and managing workflow and resource allocation as necessary.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Manage the Production team
• Manage Data Integrity and Integrity Life Cycle for SA Data
• Provide day to day guidance and Manage workflow
• Resource allocation to ensure accurate and timely delivery
• Train team in all aspects of Production
• Support, coach and develop team members
• Performs ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing processes with the objective of providing continuous improvements
• Represent SA in local production department
• Drive enhancements to SA Audits by working closely with the Business Unit to understand client needs
• Track key metrics (DAP days, Queries) and drive improvements
• Provide Management report on production status and activities
• Liaise with other Production teams to bring best practice to the SA environment
• Drive enhancements in existing improvement imitative to manage timelines
• Proactively quality ensure coding and bridging
• Support the requirement gathering of new suppliers to ensure a fit with Business needs
• Design new or improved workflows for technology or non-technology-related projects based on opportunities.
• Presents complex processes in a manner that can be understood by all business audiences.
• Generation of new Operational documents (Business Flows, Process Flows, operational guides).

MINIMUM EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, & SPECIALIZED KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with minimum a five (5) years experience in an automated production environment.
