Requirements:
National Diploma in Engineering/Operations/Production
Trade Test
8 years' FMCG experience of which 3 years was in a supervisory role
Responsibilities:
Ensuring factory targets and deadlines are achieved
Quality Control Management
Health and Safety Management
Managing production, engineering and quality issues
Cost reduction activities and budget management & planning
