Degree/Diploma and 5-10 years Production Management experience, preferably in the Harness Industry, must be automotive. Effective Production planning and people management skills must be proven. Your ability to meet and exceed targets will be challenged and you will be expected to interact with the customer, provide solid production planning and problem solving skills.
