A permanent position based in Durban, KZN.

Requirements

• Matric
• A  relevant Diploma/Degree in Production Management
• 3-5 years experience in a managerial level in a related field
• Computer Literate
• Exposure to National Occupational Safety Association and their standards
• Up to date knowledge of South African Bureau of Standards Acts
• Good understanding of employee skills development initiatives
• Resilient
• Excellent leadership ability
• Proactive, efficient and quick thinking

• Good communication skills (verbal, written and interpersonal)

Role

• Responsible for submitting reports to superiors timeously and efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory bodies (OHESA, BCEA etc)
• Inform subordinates of BCEA and applicable regulatory principles
• Ensure effective quality management systems
• Accurate budgeting and target marketing focus approach

• Basic administrative duties and controlling of efficiency in fabrication production.
