The company fabricates and tailor makes balustrades / stairs and railings as per customersâ?? requirements. Looking for someone that has management experience with engineering background and a lot of initiative and out of the box thinking. Very hands on manager that wants to be involved within the company

Qualifications:

Min Matric

Technical Ndip

MUST HAVE A LICENSE

MUST BE COMP LIT

Experience:

ONLY SA CITIZENS NEED APPLY 

Min 5 yrs experience a a workshop / production manager

Strong skills in production planning / project planning / control of planning and scheduling

Strong HR / IR skills

Well versed experience in mentoring and coaching

Warehousing/ stock control and materials planning

Maintenance, procurement of equipment

Exp in health and safety in the workplace

Good understanding of QA control

Able to put processes and procedures in place

Set up tracking programs / project deadlines andbe able to report back to management

Analysis of project / production and quality to make sure that quality and deadlines are met according to requirements

Excellent report writing skills

Performance management

Site visits

Set and manage production targets and budgets

Work together with technical estimator

Work together with other departments
