Candidate must have the following 

Good Commumication Skills both reading and writting

Computer literate on Microsoft Office

10 years proven production management experience

Knowledge in management of process driven controls

Manage target driven performance assessments 

Able to manage large workforce 

Knowledge of disciplinary procedures

Manage quality control on production processes 

Proven knowledge of Health & Safety management.

Able to handle pressure 

Must be able to work shifts and overtime

Manage customer relations
