Our client a New Beverage manufacturing is in search of a self-starting and driven individual to join their NEW team.

Job Description
Ensures quality standards are adhered to in the production process, by:
•Ensuring that products are mixed according to actual vs bill of materials by completing random spot checks daily.
•Ensuring that all quality policies and procedures are adhered to and adjustments are made to the production process to ensure quality standards are being met at all times.

Ensures audit readiness, by:
•Preparing for food quality audits and safety audits which are undertaken annually by ensuring policy alignment within the Production Department.
•Logistic team has taken over this responsibility.
•Completing daily checks on all production works orders to identify areas for improvement and monitor whether sufficient detail is being logged.

Completes and/or oversees stock takes, by:
•Completing a stock take monthly and assist with variance investigations.
Ensures adequate resource availability i.e. raw materials and packaging, by:
•Liaising with Logistic and Stock Controller to ensure raw materials and packaging materials are always available and are delivered on time.

Leads the Production Team, by:
• Assisting in the training of team members when it comes to new company processes or policies.
• Participating in knowledge-sharing and problem solving one on one sessions with team members as required.
