Veggie Crisp currently has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, hard working individual to take full responsibility for their production facility. The successful incumbent will report directly to the Managing Director.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all production processes
- Implementation of production plan
- Warehousing (stock control)
- Procurement of raw materials
- Managing production targets
- Manage productivity of production teams (three shifts)
- Staff management (motivation and/or discipline)
- Health and Safety (ISO 22000)
- Quality control
- Housekeeping

Requirements:
- 3-5 years’ management experience in a food production environment
- Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
- Solid mechanical and technical skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety regulations
- Accurate record keeping skills
- Very good interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative and entrepreneurial mindset
