Responsibilities:
Manage production processes
Execute planning and scheduling
Compile and submit production reports
Manage staff
Set objectives and manage performance
Ensure optimal utilization of staff
Train and develop staff
Manage production productivity
Improve capacity utilization and overall plant performance (OPP)
Manage SHE activities in production
Manage fixed cost
Manage overtime, labour cost, electricity usage, water usage etc.
Compile annual fixed cost budget and report on deviations

Requirements:
FMCG Production experience
Management Experience
Shifts/Weekend/Public Holidays work
Long hours
