PRODUCTION MANAGER
We seek to employ highly motivated Production Managers, for export table grape farms, situated in the Olifants River and Orange River districts.

Duties: *Production management *Responsible for irrigation, sprays and fertilizing of units *Stock Control *Pack house responsibilities during season *Quality control *Manage personnel and ensure sound working relations *Assist management with planning, production improvement activities and training & development of staff members.

Requirements: *Relevant tertiary qualification *Four year’s practical production and technical knowledge
*Ability to take initiative and work independently *Attention to detail
*Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines *Effective communication skills
