Pharmaceutical Manufacturing plant in Midrand seeks a Production Pharmacist to join our dynamic team in our aim to become a larger player in the global production of effervescent products.

Requirements:
• B.Pharm
• Registration with SAPC
• Minimum 3 years production.manufacturing experience.

Responsibilities:
• To ensure effective management of production and packing requirements to meet customer demands whilst improving processes, flow and output.

Duties:
* Supervise a team of production operators
* Implement Operational manuals, production plans and programs
* Ensure conformance of manufacturing processes with organizational objectives and policies
* Fulfill production plans according to the schedule
* Monitor Manufacturing activities in compliance with the requirements of cGMP, PIC’s and ISO 9001:2000
* Ensure that all standard yield are maintained by production lines
* Ensure general cleanliness and hygiene conditions of the manufacturing areas
* Assist in pilot scale trials of products under development
* On the job training of production personnel
