Requirements:
- Grade 12
- B. Degree or equivalent or studying towards the qualification
- Computer literate - MS Office and Syspro
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical industry would be an advantage
- Industrial Engineering background would be an advantage

Responsibilities:
- Manage the sales and operational planning process
- Liaise and agree production plans with production managers
- Ensure optimal delivery to customers
- Review production plans against budgets and actuals
- Manage and control all production orders on Syspro
- Manage the Working Capital in line with requirements
- Compile all necessary documentation and priority lists required from the production planning office
- Balance production planning IT systems and ensure accurate record keeping
- Ensure the Material Requirement Process is updated
- Comply to all internal and external audit requirements
- Ensure all production planning office plans and work instructions are compliant to GMP
- Prepare accurate daily, weekly and monthly tracking reports
- Prepare demand schedule timeously
- Prepare and manage weekly and monthly production planning meetings
