Requirements
• B.Com degree with Cost Accounting
• CIMA qualification will serve as recommendation
• 3 years' relevant experience within the cost accounting field

Duties and Responsibilities
• Calculate production costs on bag production to increase profitability
• Compile, coordinate production schedule on a daily basis for maximum profitability
• Make out job cards for production daily as well as loading production recipes
• Daily planning of production schedule for the production
• Define and update the production software program on a daily basis
• Liaise with clients and stereo manufacturer on new stereos or changes
• Arrange stereos with suppliers and place orders
• Comply with OHS requirements as per Crown bag standards and procedures
• Receive orders from customers and agents and read orders in
• Continuous liaising with internal departments and external customers to ensure quality product and services
• To successfully complete allocated training interventions by direct manager
• To mentor and coach all relevant staff to ensure standards, processes and practices

Skills Required
• Strong analytical, numeracy and interpersonal skills
• Good computer literacy, with the ability to function at an advanced level in Excel
• Ability to function independently in a team and accept responsibility
