Well established manufacturing firm, specialising in leather accessories, is looking for a production planner to assist with making this the best factory in SA!
Work side by side with our production manager to:
-Manage orders on hand and schedule production to ensure deadlines are met
-Measure production areas and allocate orders accordingly
-Monitor raw material levels and ensure sufficient stock levels,without over stocking
-Measure output and compare to planned output
-Assist with costings
-Measure line performance and identify opportunities/weaknesses
-Develop and work with production budget to manage labour costs,raw material costs
-Develop systems to monitor and manage production flow

-manufacturing background-essential (preference given to leather goods or clothing experience)
