Production Process Engineer needed in Pinetown with packaging company to lead a process team for improvement activities and achieve performance targets while developing a strong WCM culture in the process area

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical/Industrial)
Experience in Kaizen related projects
Experience in industrial engineering related projects

ROLE OVERVIEW:
• Process KPIs (OEE, Waste, Claims, Defects, Production accuracy)
• Lead WCM teams (setup reduction, autonomous maintenance, planned maintenance, efficiency improvement activities)
• Successful implementation of projects
