Seeking a Production Quality Controller. You will be responsible to monitor hygiene and housekeeping; Ensure adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and Pre-requisites programmes; Conducting daily checks in accordance to the company’s Code of Conduct; Monitoring of traceability throughout manufacturing process; To conduct online Quality and process checks, Critical Control Points and Control Point checks; Sensory evaluation of ingredients and finished product against specification where applicable; Conduct internal departmental training. The successful incumbent will have Grade 12 / Matric and a formal tertiary qualification in Biotechnology / Quality. Must have Knowledge of HACCP requirements and procedures. ISO 22000 Certification or Training Certificate preferable and Quality Auditing Course advantageous. Must have a minimum of 1/2 years' of experience within the FMCG industry.
