Production Shift Manager. R35 000 CTC. East London. Chemical Degree/B Tech. Minimum of 3 years production management experience in the chemical plant essential and NOT NEGOTIABLE. Strong DCS/SCADA experience (will be tested). Able to organise and control operations to meet production schedules and standards. Lean manufacturing experience required. Problem solver with ability to lead team and train junior staff. Able to work rotating shifts. Good communication skills with strong technical and continuous processes experience.
