Our client is looking for an experienced Production Shift Supervisor based in Cape Town. The best candidate for the position would need to achieve daily and monthly targets. The successful candidate will also be responsible for coordinating; monitoring, coaching and developing his/her team.

Requirements:
Degree/ Diploma in Production Management or relevant Valid Blasting Certificate is essential
Valid Production Supervisor Certificate of Competence is essential
At least 5 years' experience as a shift boss/shift supervisor
Knowledge with regards to mine standards best practices, Risk Management and operational business objectives
Valid Code EB driver's licence
Valid Medical Certificate or be medically fit in order to obtain one
Responsibilities Consulting with Line Management and analysing operational needs Aligning standards and procedures to training material Ensuring that HSE standards and legal requirements are adhered to
