Position details:
Position reports into a Business Unit Manager. You will be responsible for Leading, Motivating and Managing a team of 14 people.
Staff management- handling disciplinarians, running mission directive work team
Training and development of subordinates; recruitment of new personnel; Providing technical direction; allocating tasks to subordinates
Safety- monitoring safety; housekeeping as per company standards; maintaining license expiry dates
Liaising with subcontractors
Production Planning
Cost Management
Compiling reports

Job Qualification & Experience:
10 years relevant experience in heavy manufacturing, (rubber injection moulding/rubber compression moulding advantageous).
3 to 5 years supervisory experience.
TQM ( total quality management)
Computer literate, JDE or ERP experience advantageous.
