Production Supervisor (Bakery)Contract

Food Industry
Our client is in the Food Production Industry and has a Post for Production Supervisor for 5months contract we need someone with 3 years experience in a FMCG or Industrial Industry and Bakery Experience would be an advantage
Responsible to complete orders timeously
Responsible for development of new products in cooperation with the Head Baker and QA Manager
Coordination of personel / staff planning
Maintenance and updating of all production records
Sign documents on bills of lading and ensure signing receiving documents when needed.
Communicate and assist QA department to balance production and quality
Ensure product quality throughout
Communicate daily with Production Manager
Communicate daily with Dispatch regarding orders
Ensure good yields and time efficiencies - Send out stats on an ad-hoc basis
Ensure all documentation relating to traceability and production are completed
Ensure production is running smooth without breakdowns
