A national concern is urgently seeking a qualified and experienced PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR – position based in Pietermaritzburg.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Operations qualification is advantageous (including mechanical and/or engineering).
English speaking individual (must be able to speak, read and write English competently).
Ability to speak Zulu an added advantageous.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
3 – 5 years’ experience in a similar position.
Previous working experience in the motor industry an advantageous.
Good problem solving abilities.
Strong manager / team leader skills.
Goal/target orientated.
Strong production skills.
Person will be required to manage assembly line, manage assembly/production targets, manage, train and discipline staff, manage quality as well as health and safety in the workplace, manage inventory.
