Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Production Management
5 years’ experience in the FMCG industry

Responsibilities
Responsible for the training of controllers and some supervisors
Control, report product quality parameters and do trend analysis
Control product and production processes and procedures (this includes weighing, blending and packaging)
Supervises the activities of a group of skilled and semi-skilled employees engaged in performing a variety of production or assembly operations
