Requirements:
National Diploma in Production Management
5 -10 years' FMCG experience of which at least 3 years' are in a supervisory role

Responsibilities:
Ensuring achievement of the daily production plan
Ensuring productivity targets are met including line utilisation and housekeeping
Effective staff management
Ensuring adherence to quality systems requirements
