KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (KPA’s)

1. Supervise production area
2. Quality Assurance and hygiene requirements

EXPERIENCE
1. Diploma in Production / Operations Management and relevant work experience (at least 5 years supervisory experience)
2. Basic computer skills in MS Office
3. Knowledge of manufacturing practices and related policies, procedures and regulations
4. Knowledge of quality concepts, policies, procedures and auditing requirements (ISO)
5. Knowledge of machinery specifications, capacity and common causes of equipment failure
6. Knowledge of and compliance with applicable statutory requirements (BCEA / OHSACT)
7. Good communication skills in both oral and written modes
8. Good interpersonal and counseling skills
