Production Supervisor
The company is an ISO-9001: 2008 certified manufacturer focused on the design, development and manufacture of specialized injection moulded rubber components for various industries.

Roles and Responsibilities
• Control of the Injection Moulding operation
• Achieving production targets
• Improving production efficiency
• Control of labour in accordance with the Basic Conditions of Employment act and company policy
• Management/control of dispatch department, ensuring that customer required delivery commitments are achieved/surpassed

Requirements
• A matric exemption
• A tertiary education in rubber
• Minimum of 7 years production supervisory/management experience
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in rubber injection moulding
• Must have worked within an ISO 9001 environment
• Must work well under pressure
• Good track record
