Our Client is seeking for someone who has got IFIL training for a Production Support Analyst role.
Field 2

Analytical thinking and problem solving
Excellent communication and inter-personal skills, pro-active, self-starter
Basic Java development skills would be a distinct advantage.
Field 3

Minimum a Matric with post-matric IT related qualifications
ITIL foundation certification
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Minimum 4 years’ experience in a customer support environment
Must be familiar with Remedy or similar incident management solution
Must have attention to detail
Able to analyse and clearly identify application user problems
Can work under pressure
Live in the Pretoria area
Field 5
Have excellent oral and written communication skills required to appropriately interact with clients and supporting teams
Have excellent technical writing skills to develop functional and technical specifications.
Strong time management skills, ability to multi-task and work well under pressure, remaining focused and calm in the face of distractions and changing priorities.
Be a self-starter with leadership qualities who can work independently and in teams on tasks and projects with limited supervision.
