Our client in the Mossel Bay area is recruiting for a Production Team Leader, to ensure adequate maintenance of the installations in coordination with quality, engineering and administration


Understanding of factory organisation and accountabilities and responsibilities

Understanding of HR procedures and practices and their application eg. grievances and disciplinary procedures, internal vacancy procedures, basic employment law, collective agreements

Must be able to take action to minimise risks to people, products and equipment


Matured knowledge in food manufacturing or a degree/diploma in Food sciences or engineering

HACCP background
