Production Technician

We are recruiting a Production Technician who will need a B.Tech or National Diploma (S4) Electronic Engineering as a minimum requirement to join our clients team.

Role:
- Mechanical assembly of RF Products from lower to higher level assembly
- Testing and fault finding of Antenna assemblies and RF products.
- Perform Acceptance Tests, Environmental Stress and Screening according to procedures.
- Generate Inspection Test Failures (ITFs) and NCRs where applicable.
- Compilation and timeous updating of Repair job cards and Production documentation.
- Inputs to product design reviews (design for test).
- Production support to Engineering Department.

Experience and Skills:
- At least 3 years working experience in an electronics and production environment.
- Electronic experience on Microwave and RF.
- Must be able to use test equipment in fault detection and analysis.
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Working with microscopes.
- Working machining equipment/tools.
- BTech or National Diploma (Electronic Engineering)
