Duties and Responsibilities:

Assure feasibility of the production plans
Meet customer specifications re: quality, cost, cycle time, quantity and delivery.
Budget planning and management
Assure appropriate staffing & people management
Health & Safety compliance
Determine training needs
Ensure production meetings are scheduled and met
Implement preventative and corrective measures for the production process
Implement action plans to improve production functionality
Participate in CIP programs
Minimum requirements for application:

Degree/Diploma in Production or Operations Management
Engineering qualification with trade test advantageous
Must have at least 10 years relevant working experience in an automotive manufacturing environment
Must have clear credentials and reputable references
