Productivity Improvement Officer / Human Resource Officer
Pretoria North area
R15 000 - R18 000 Per Month

Minimum Requirements:
• Matric / Grade 12
• Diploma in Human Resource Development or Productivity related qualification
• Drivers License (essential)
• Strong Computer Literacy in MS Office (essential)
• Sage VIP Payroll
• Experience in productivity improvement
• Experience in a Junior Managerial position such as Shift Leader / Foreman or Supervisor
• Experience in production within the Steel and Engineering Industry
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Dedicated and Organized
• Well Presented
• Exercise authority and discipline
• Willing and able to work long hours if required

Duties:
Productivity
• Measure and analyze productivity on site
• Plan and implement a strategy to combat unproductiveness and improve productivity
• Promote, implement and evaluate productivity programs in order to contribute towards improved productivity
• Conduct risk audits on a monthly basis to establish risks and monitor unproductiveness amongst employees
Absenteeism
• Measure and analyze absenteeism continuously
• Plan and implement a strategy to combat / reduce absenteeism and improve attendance
• Monitor absenteeism amongst employees and implement disciplinary or other actions to address unnecessary absenteeism
Time-keeping
• Measure and analyze time-keeping and late coming continuously
• Manage and control time-and-attendance systems
Ill-Discipline
• Measure and analyze ill-discipline continuously
• Plan and implement an effective disciplinary administration strategy and system
• Report continuously to Management through accurate, meaningful reporting
Poor work performance
• Measure and analyze poor work performance continuously
• Implement necessary actions to address poor work performance and to implement necessary corrective action
• Plan and implement an effective disciplinary administration strategy and system
• Report continuously to Management through accurate, meaningful reporting
