Qualifications and Experience:

SACAP registration.
At least 5 – 6 years’ experience.
Experience in Retail and Corporate buildings important.
Excellent design as well as technical skills required.
Excellent communication skills required.
Candidate has to understand the building industry and its complexities.
Candidate has to understand Council submission processes and requirements.
JBCC knowledge important.
SANS 10400 & XA knowledge important.
Excellent REVIT skills required
Candidate must be able to perform all tasks required for work stages 1 up to work stage 6.
