Our fundamental purpose is to train individuals to get to management within the industry of customer service, sales and telemarketing. We offer a training program that gives individuals an opportunity to get to management level within 5 days by undergoing training through the phases of the business. We are looking for ambitious customer service, sales and telemarketing agents whose ultimate goal is to become manager's of their own companies.

Duties and responsibilities:

Creating sales leads

Being present at every management training sessions

Participating in sales meetings and meeting your team goals

Liaising with the operations team to deliver a high quality service at all times

Prepare weekly sales reports

Maintaining appropriate interpersonal relationships with employees, peers and customers



Candidate Requirements

Required skills and qualifications:

Demonstrated written and oral communication

Demonstrated experience in selling various products would be an advantage

Dealing with confidential information

Must have a strong desire to learn and succeed

Compulsory Requirements:

Must be able to travel to Johannesburg

Must have good communication skills

Must be fluent in English

SALARY: R9000p/m + incentives
