Requirements:
- Grade 12
- Registered with the South African Nursing Council
- Qualification as a Trainer / Nursing Educator would be an advantage
- Speak and understand English, Afrikaans and Xhosa
- Must be willing to travel
- Computer literate
- Valid Code 8 license

Responsibilities:
- Train/facilitate HWSETA accredited Home Based Care Level 2
- Provide training in palliative care
- Network and liaise with other NPO and CBO's, networking partners and other health organizations
- Recruit learners for home based care course
- Plan, develop and implement training programmes for internal staff and external institutions
- Drive and co-ordinate the health strengthening through strategic partnership programmes
