Professional Quantity Surveyor (Buildings)

One of our leading Consulting Clients with over 10 years of experience that specialize within the Built Environment is looking to employ a Professional Quantity Surveyor (Buildings) to be permanently based in Pretoria. The preferred candidate must be registered with SACQSP as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (Pr. QS)

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must have B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying Degree
Must be registered as a Professional Quantity Surveyor (Pr. QS) with SACQSP
Must have 5 – 10 years’ experience working as a Quantity Surveyor on Commercial and Residential building projects
Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to work very well under pressure and still produce quality work
Must be able to supervise a team and direct it
