International NGO with a firm footprint in the HIV/AIDS arena is looking to recruit an experienced individual to provide leadership to a team of professionals with a special emphasis on programme strategy, planning and implementation. Main areas of responsibility will include the provision of management support and oversight to operational activities such as finance and administration. Donor relations management as well as building and maintaining sound relationships with all stakeholders, form an integral part of the responsibilities of this position.
The ideal incumbent will have a solid track record of at least a decade in the successful management of donor-funded HIV/AIDS programs within the NGO or private sector in South Africa – especially PEPFAR funded projects managing large multi-million $ projects.

• Grants management and funding
Requirements:
• Masters in Public Health or related degree
• Executive/Senior level management experience
• Previous experience as Deputy or Chief of Party highly advantageous
• Experience working in a PEPFAR donor-funded organisation essential.
