All roles listed report directly to the organisation’s founder. Giving the successful candidates first-hand experience of the early start-up space, taking a social technology product from testing through to implementation and growth.

The role is based in Cape Town and is a three-month part-time contract.

The Fixer [Programme Co-ordinator]

Key Responsibilities:

1) Managing the Word of Mouth advocates;
2) Co-ordinating community engagements;
3) Co-ordinating service provider recruitment, and co-ordination of service delivery;
4) Primary and secondary customer research and engagement; and
5) Anything else that needs “fixing”.

Critical Skills:

1) Must be fluent in Xhosa, ideally some knowledge of Afrikaans;
2) Must be very reliable, detail orientated, and passionate; and
3) Excellent organisation skills.

Hours: Flexible [min. LOE equivalent of 3 days a week]
