Assist the project office with administration, site design, correspondence, liaison and related documentation.

Responsibilities:

Project administration and design documentation
Obtaining all information necessary to create documents
Correspondence and communication as required
Coordinate surveys
Drawing and design of layouts
Management of hand-over documents
Track document flow process
Report issues and delays
Quality assurance
Assistance to Project Manager and Operations Manager as required

Requirements:

Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification in project Management
Valid South African driver's license and own reliable vehicle (will be verified in recruitment process)
Advanced MS Office Suite
Visio Design
Word processing and design layout skills
Experience in process tracking and management as well as scheduling
Must be prepared to work additional hours if client urgency requires this

Clear credit and no criminal record only (will be verified)
Market related remuneration
