Our client, a dynamic residential property development company seeks a very strong client-centric administrator who will ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, and support the work of management and other staff.

Applicants must live within 30km of Bryanston at time of application!!

QUALIFICATIONS
• Matric
• Fluent in English and Afrikaans (Not negotiable)
• Exceptional Communication Skills both Written and Verbal
• Tertiary qualification (NQF Level 4) will be an added advantage.
• Suitable candidate must have a valid drivers’ license and own vehicle.
• Advanced level of MS Office (Word / Excel/ PowerPoint/ Outlook).

EXPERIENCE &SKILLS
• 4 years relevant administrative and customer relationship experience preferably in the construction field.
• Superior administration skills
• Report & minute writing ability
• Strong communication skills/Strong people relation skills
• Good Client relationship skills
• Ability to work independently and under pressure

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Draft and execute documentation and correspondence
• Able to implement own initiative in making important decisions
• Typing of minutes, memorandums and various reports from hand written drafts
• Provide admin support with tender documents and project administration
• Working together with the project team members in order to achieve deadlines
• General administration duties (filing, emails, binding of documents etc.)
• Diary management
• Arrange meetings as well as meeting venues and facilities
• Client liaison
• Liaison with financial department
