Position Outputs
• Managing the administrative aspects of Armscor Contract including all client invoicing
• Opening of Project jobs on Navision
• Placing of purchase order, receipting of goods, and following up of parts ordered for Projects team
• Loading of budgets on Navision for Projects team
• Providing feedback to customer as well as internal reporting
• Obtaining supplier information for new vendor registration
Candidate Requirements
• Minimum Grade 12, administrative/ Purchase course advantageous
• Minimum 3 years work experience
• Good PC skills including Outlook, Word and Excel
• Knowledge of Navision
• Strong oral and written communication in English and Afrikaans
• Well Presented and spoken since will be required to have client interaction
• Have own transport and be able to attend client, supplier and sub-contractor meeting when required
• Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
