Compiling project reports

Maintain project records

Attention to detail

Schedule meetings / workshops including attendees

PPE management for cabling team and fibre team

Quality checks on invoice request and quotes

Publish / distribute documentation (including minutes) as per contractual requirements

Quality of invoice packages to client- Completing survey reports

Taking minutes during meetings

Ensuring we meet the invoicing deadline

Assist with SHE documentation for cabling operations

Coordination of technician

Quality checking signoffs and daily dashboard

Updating PMO system

Registering Projects

Compiling of project scope documents

Assign tasks on PMO system

Update tasks on PMO system

Upload documents as per attached process

Upload payment confirmation and following up on payments.

Any other duties as requested by operations manager

Qualifications and Experience

In-depth knowledge of MS Office product suite and specifically MS Outlook Calendar and MS Project is essential

Knowledge of formal project management principles and methodologies such as PMBOK

IT qualification (Degree/Diploma)

Drivers License essential

Previous involvement with ITC projects is essential

At least 2 years’ practical project administration experience is required

Has a proven track record showing practical understanding of the needs and requirements of clients and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions
