PROJECT ADMINISTRATOR

REQUIREMENTS:
Matric
Bilingual with English and Afrikaans
Min 5 years’ experience with strong administration organisation skills
Experience in a deadline driven environment

DUTIES:
Detailed planning and follow up to meet deadlines for customer assistance on IT problems
Manage the activity, stock, deliverables and timelines to keep the team on top of activities
Ensure that the Customers requirement is actioned, completed and resolved
Manage the ticketing system and ensure all tickets are assigned to staff
Follow up with staff and completion is satisfactorily for the client
Organisation of Client service agreements
Setting up of proposals with templates
Manage the quoting system and emailing to clients
Invoicing
Issuing of products and ensure stock availability is up to date
Continuously monitor progress of activities
Clear communication to team members and clients at all times
Full management of projects from beginning to end

SALARY: Negotiable depending on experience
