The Project Controller is responsible for the project management of new stores from inception to launch as well as the project management of store revamps and upgrades.

• Matric
• Certificate – Project Management
• 3 years retail industry experience specific to building merchant industry
• A valid driver’s license and a valid passport
• High level of numeracy skills
• Knowledge and understanding of MS projects
• Comprehensive knowledge of building processes and the local property market
• Ability to build effective business relationships with all retailers
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Good financial and business acumen
• Must be goal driven and self-motivated
• Flexibility in terms of working hours and prepared to travel extensively throughout South Africa, Swaziland and Mozambique
