A Healthcare Company who is passionate about providing Clinical Care to HIV positive adults, children and adolescents is currently looking for a dynamic and driven Project Coordinator: mHealth to coordinate and conduct HIV related research activities and provide support in implementing projects (specific to mHealth Interventions).

Key performance areas
• Coordinate and conduct research and project activities
• Interface with Data Management Strategies
• Develop and implement SOPs
• Maintain adherence to study protocol and standards
• Monitor and track progress of project implementation
• Administration
• Maintain all participant (recruitment and follow up) files and filing systems (monitoring logs)
• Quality assurance and controlling participant files
• Complete all relevant project administration as and when required
• Compile monitoring and audit reports as well as progress reports for internal and external stakeholders
• Effective self-management and performance ownership
• Take ownership and accountability for tasks and demonstrates effective self-management
• Stay abreast with developments in research and mHealth
• Staff management
• Attend to all staffing requirements and administration
• Supervise and manage the duties of subordinates to ensure optimal staff utilisation and maintenance of sound labour relations

Education, Training and Experience
• Honors Degree in related discipline
• Valid driver’s license
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite
• Minimum 2 years working experience in a research environment
• Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities
• Certification in good clinical practice
• Experience in project coordination, monitoring and reporting
• Experience with working in reproductive and sexual health programmes
• Thorough with good attention to detail and ability to prioritize own work load and work towards deadlines
• Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Respectful with sound work ethic
