Our client, that selects attractive holiday destinations and combines into an easy to follow, creative itinerary, according to the requested needs of the group and/or clients. The client works closely with local suppliers and source, research and inspects all the relevant products. This ensures that services and products are of a superior standard and quality.

Minimum Requirements:

3 - 5 years’ experience in incentive travel
Extensive knowledge of Southern Africa's products
Willingness to travel nationally & regionally
Highly organised and excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication / negotiating skills
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Tourplan knowledge
Drivers License and own vehicle essential

Main duties would include, but are not limited to:

Handling of events, conferences, meetings & incentives
Sourcing / booking of venues/entertainment
Sourcing / booking of accommodation/transport
Sourcing of additional staff during events
Quoting of itineraries in tour plan & excel
Loading of itineraries in tour plan
Invoicing of services
Liaison with customers / agents
Quality control of products sold

Salary on offer: R15 000 – R22 000 per month, dependent on your working experience.
