PROJECT COORDICATOR

Our client is a well-established organisation who has driven successful initiatives over many years. We are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Project Coordinator. The ideal candidate for this position will be able to utilize project data to make future projects more productive and cost-efficient. The Project Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining milestone schedules, engagements with stakeholders, recruitment and placement activities, managing junior team members, maintaining the implementation of existing project governance principles and procedures, maintaining good filing and administration of project documents, and preparing technical summary reports for management. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual that can ensure that each project is completed on time and at or under budget. The primary purpose of Project Coordinator is to support the implementation and the execution of the skills development and work readiness programme operations efficiently and effectively.

REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
Ability to work independently with minimal managerial supervision
Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts
Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools
2 years’ experience in skills development and training
2 years’ experience in recruitment / placement activities

Ability to manipulate and manage complex data and produce meaningful insights
