Purpose of the position:

Implementation and execution of all tasks outlined in the client campaign brief against agreed timelines and objectives

PC will work very closely with a Project Manager and Client Service Manager to ensure all client objectives are met.

Obtain or compile store venue list.

Produce brand ambassador training briefs based on campaign objectives

Arrange procurement of campaign elements including client stock

Preparation of all brand ambassador stock issue and returns of campaign elements curier

Conduct liaison when required

Must have knowledge on how to recruit premium brand ambassadors (models) for Tobacco and liquor products.

Knowledge:

Knowledge and understanding of campaigns
Understanding of Retail Merchandising

Understanding Brand Marketing

Work Skills:

MS Excel Intermediate

MS Word

Any project management software program experience will be beneficial

Demonstrated use of task in Outlook


Required experience:

Project Coordination, dealing with clients: 2 years

Diploma/Certificate
