Assist with the implementation of the Project Management Methodology; Assist in PMO educational campaigns to elevate the project maturity level of business; Work closely with Divisions to ensure compliance to standards and requirements; Ensure support is provided to Project Managers with the implementation and tracking of projects in line with approved Project Management Methodology; Support the development, implementation and monitoring PMO operational plan; Assist in streamlining processes and project/ programme reporting whilst working closely with cross-functional supporting teams; Act as the central administrative and coordination contact for Projects; Support with the compilation of Project reports (project update reports, divisional reports) in collaboration with Specialist: Project Assurance; Verify and analyse the accuracy of all data and information used or generated by a project and documented in all projects reports in collaboration with Specialist: Project Assurance

A Nat Cert/Higher Cert in Admin and/or Project Management; • A Diploma would be an added advantage; Minimum 1-2 years relevant work experience ; Be computer literate; Hands-on experience in project studies and implementation will be added as advantage.
