Customer Success Manager
As part of its Service and Vendor portfolio, the company sells and supports Security Awareness initiatives at various clients. A Customer Success Manager is responsible for onboarding new customers and maintaining customer relationships throughout the subscription period to ensure that the customer is happy with the product and using it effectively. You are also responsible for renewing subscriptions, and upselling customers based on their needs.

Project Manager
The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the co-ordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports regarding status of project.
The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget. He or she will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs.

Key Duties:
* Co-ordinate internal and external resources to deliver on project deliverables
* Develop detailed project plans
* Ensure and schedule resource availability
* Maintain detailed project documentation
* Develop and manage relationships with customers
* Onboard new customers, get them using the product to ensure our customers are set up for success

* Coordinate with tech support for technically complex questions
* Work with customers to get a strategic plan for their security awareness program throughout their subscription
* Analyze customer’s consoles and advise them on which training campaigns they should implement
* Identify opportunities for upgrades
* Meet with key clients face to face

Requirements:
* Familiarity with standard concepts, practices and procedures within the IT Security Field
* IT experience/exposure
* Superior Customer Service skills
* Ability to build a rapport through phone calls and email
* Strong collaborative and teamwork skills
