* Correct Sizing and Specing of Packaging Equipment
* Correct Solution Selection and Proposal Writing
* Project Management of Deployment and Installation

Background work experience:

* 3 years Factory Machinery Project Management
* 2 years Experience as a Millwright or Technical Project Engineer
* 2 years Technical FMCG Factory Exposure
* 2 years Technical Analysis of Plant Machinery Requirements
* Millwright, N6, or NDip
* Project Management of Factory Machinery Installations
* Management of Factory Machinery and Configuration and Deployment Projects
* Technical Exposure to Electro-Mechanical Machines in an FMCG Factory environment
* Experience having worked on FMCG Machinery Projects
* Analysing the throughput, conveyor flow and automation aspects of a FMCG line
* Advantageous: Specific experience in Packaging Machines
